Villa Sidi-Bou liegt nahe des Golfs von Castellammare und oberhalb des Riffs von Cala Bianca (Weiße Bucht). Zum Flughafen Palermo sind es ca. 50km, ca. 3 km vom Zentrum von Scopello, dem antiken Cetaria, bekannt als Thunfisch-Fang Ort und heute berühmt für seine klaren Gewässer und charakteristischen Klippen. Zum Naturpark Lo Zingaro sind es ca. 3 km. Die Villa liegt ebenerdig. Sie verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit zwei Veranden. Die Schlafzimmer verteilen sich wie folgt: Ein Doppelzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und angeschlossenem Schafzimmer mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Schlafraum mit französischem Bett. Es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Wanner und Dusche. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer schafft eine sehr gemütliche und freundlichen Atmosphäre zum entspannen und fernsehen. Eine der Veranden hat einen wundervollen Meerblick über Cala Bianca und die zweite Veranda liegt mit Blick auf den Garten. Villa Sidi-Bou verfügt über eine Außenküche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und einen Grill und Ofen enthält. Der Außenswimmingpool bietet Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen. Die ganze Villa versprüht einen orientalischen Charme durch den arabischen Stil, in dem sie erbaut ist. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für die Autos. Die Straße ausßerhalb der Villa führt zum 400m entfernten, leicht steinigen Strand mit klarem Wasser.
Villa Sidi-Bou is located near Castellammare del Golfo and overhangs the reefs of Cala Bianca (White Cove), named from the white color of the rock. The distance from the Palermo International Airport is around 50 km., app. 3 km. from the center of Scopello village, antique Cetaria known as big tuna’s production center and nowadays famous with its crystal waters and characteristic cliffs, and app. 3 km. from the Nature Riserve Park Lo Zingaro, with its invalueable flora and fauna. The Villa is organized on ground level. There is a living room surrounded by two verandas. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: one double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with twin beds and bedroom with French bed. There is another bathroom with tub and shower. The fireplace in the living room creates very cozy and nice atmosphere for sitting around it and having a conversation or just watching TV. One of the verandas has marvelous sea view over Cala Bianca and the second veranda is orientated to the yard where in very confortable environment you can have some moments of relax enjoying the tranquillity and the beauty of the nature. Villa Sidi-Bou has an external kitchen which is very well equipped with barbeque and furnace, where different Sicilian dishes could be prepared.
Relaxing outside on the veranda or sitting at some of the benches around the kitchen you can enjoy the nice view of the maintained garden rich of different Mediterranean plants that create particular angle of paradise and emphasize the contrast with the white and blue colored house. The outdoor swimming pool is an attractive refresh during the hot summer days. The whole villa spreads the scent of a Middle-East atmosphere due to the Arab style in which the house is arranged, all the elements and the furniture are chosen according Tunisi traditions. This characteristic is the charm of Villa Sidi-Bou, of Mediterranean spirit expressed in such a particular way, offereing a pleasant and recreative holiday. There is a parcking lot for the autos. The street outside the villa leads to the sea at approximately 400m. of distance and reaches a little rocky beach bathed by the crystal sea waters.
