Rustic Lantana is located in Castellammare del Golfo, only 1 km from the coast line, characterized by its fine and golden sandy beach, bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Rustic Lantana is about 40 km from Palermo’s Airport, 2 km approximately from the town of Castellammare del Golfo where you can find basic services like supermarkets, groceries, bank, Post Office and ER, and about 5 km from the Natural Reserve Park Zingaro and the spectacular cliffs of Scopello.
The villa enjoys a good location and is the perfect choice for who wants to relax by the sea and have a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants located along the beach. It is only 1000 m. walking distance to the beach. There is a train line passing in the neighbourhood that is used mainly by secondary local tracks with practically no traffic and no disturbance.
It is a nice and cosy house, decorated with wooden furniture and typical majolica. The entrance leads directly to the living room with sofa-bed, TV Sat and access to a small but well equipped kitchen with gas oven and refrigerator. The choice of colours in the house creates a very relaxing atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms: one with 1 queen bed and the other with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower. Both furnished with style and functionality. There is air conditioning in each room. Outside, a covered veranda with garden furniture promises lovely evenings watching the sunset over the sea or spectacular views over the countryside and enjoying outdoor dinners. There is also a garden that surrounds the house.
