Urlaub zu Hause fern von daheim - unter diesem Motto begrüßt die Villa Alessandra alle ihre Gäste. Die Villa liegt in einem Wohngebiet nahe der Stadt Trappeto, wo Gäste alle öffentlichen Dienstleistungen wie Bank, Geldautomat, Supermarkt, Lebensmittelhändler finden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 1 km, 15 Minuten Autofahrt vom Flughafen von Palermo und 30 Minuten Autofahrt von Palermo - Stadt. Ein Weg umrankt von Jasmin-Pflanzen führt zum Garten und Swimmingpool vor dem Haus. Der kleine, voll bepflanzte Garten verfügt über schattige Plätze unter den Pinienbäumen. Die überdachte Veranda mit Grill-Ecke bietet Holzofen und ein Kochfeld. Hier findet sich ebenfalls ein komfortabler Tisch für 6 Personen und ein paar Stufen unterhalb befindet sich ein Innenhof mit Außenmöbeln aus Eisen. Das Haus wird von der überdachten Terrasse aus betreten. Im Haus befindet sich eine schöne Kitchenette mit Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und elektrischem Grillofen. Das Eßzimmer hat Landhausmöbel und eine kleine, gemütliche Wohnecke mit Kamin. Es gibt einen Fernseher ebenso wie eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt verfügt das Haus über 3 Schlafzimmer: Eines mit einem großen Doppelbett, ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett (ein kleineres Bett kann noch hinzugestellt werden). Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Jeder Raum des Hauses ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit Flohmarktobjekten aus der ganzen Welt - eine Liebhaberei des Besitzers. Im Garten befindet sich ein Parkplatz für zwei Autos mit Bambus überdacht.
“A home away home”, Villa Alessandra gives a warm welcome to its guests. It is located in a residential area nearby the town of Trappeto, where all public services like bank, E.R., supermarket, groceries could be found. It is approximately 1 km. from the sandy beach, 15 minutes driving from Palermo Airport and 30 minutes driving from Palermo’s city. A path flanked by blue jasmine ivy leads into the garden and the swimming pool in front of the house. It is a little and fully blossomed garden, with shadowed areas of pine trees. There is a covered veranda with barbeque area provided by stove top and wood oven. It is lovely decorated with blue majolica and restored objects. There is also a comfortable table for six persons and few steps below there is a wide courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture made in iron The access to the house is through the covered veranda. There is a beautiful kitchinette decorated with antique pieces of majolica, and equipped with cooking stove top, refrigerator, electric grill oven, a dining room with wooden country style furniture, and a little cozy and warm living area with fireplace. There is a TV available as well as washing machine. There are three bedrooms: one with queen size bed, another with two single beds and a further room with one single bed (a smaller bed can be added ) and one bathroom with shower. Each room, each corner in this house is cozy and charming, decorated with flea market’s objects from all over the world, a passion of the owner. In the backyard there is a parking place for 2 cars covered with bamboo.
