Between Patti and Tyndaris, famous old sites, in a small farm with olive, lemon, fruit and decorative trees takes place the owner's 150-years old residence, recently renewed, where the apartment is located. The apartment takes benefit of a rural non-congested environment and the vicinity to sea beach, archeological sites, commercial and leisure centres. Located at about 80 m a.s.l., the apartment with its terrasse offers a spectacular front view of Eolie Islands and rear/side view of greenish Nebrodi hills. The apartment consists of 2 double-bed bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and a 2-bed sofabed, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a 50 sqm terrasse with an additional shower (non-warmed water). Additional camp-bed may be supplied. A 120 sqm courtyard and a car parking are shared with the guests.
The apartment is ideal for families with children. Large spaces are available around. Barbecue may be used outdoor. Season fruit from the farm, when available, is offered free of charge. Olive oil may be purchased. Car is recommended. It may be rented locally in advance. Important cultural cities like Messina, Taormina, Cefalù, Palermo, as well as the facing Eolian Islands, may be reached and visited in one-day journey. Typical low-cost restaurants are nearby. The owner will be on site and will assist the guest on arrival and during his stay.
