Holiday Apartment in Lima, Peru - Beautiful location near the beaches and town centre with all the facilities. Our apartment in Lima (52 mts) is a fully furnished and equipped, comfortable and well located on the third floor in a brand new building, there is a 24 hour doorman, an elevator and private parking space inside, with full security. It's within a walking distance (only three blocks) from the Pacific Ocean beaches and the “Parque del Amor” (Park of the Love), to 900 mts of the J.W Marriot Hotel, and “Larcomar” which is a famous tourist center known for it´s of amusement and entertainment, surrounded by Coffee-Shops, Restaurants, Clubs/Bars, Cinemas, Casinos, Shopping Mall, Night Life, Supermarkets, Residential Areas, Commercial Areas, Internet booths, etc.
The bedroom has a king size bed with ample room closed as well as two sofas bed in the living room. Also, it has a dining room for 4 and balcony, one bathroom with bathtub, shower, cold and hot water. The apartment contains hardwood floor and its provided with cable tv, dvd, Internet Access and Wireless Connection, basic telephone service, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric coffee maker, iron/ironing board, kitchenware, duvet feathers, linens, towels, dishes and glasses. All the kitchen utensils needed will be provided to make your stay more comfortable, just like back home.
