Fully furnished with all mod cons, consists of main bedroom(double bed), kitchen/living area with large sea facing deck inclusive BBQ furniture upstairs. Downstairs consists of laundry, bedroom 1 with fold out couch, bedroom 2 with two single beds and bedroom 3 two single beds, separate kitchen, table and chairs. Plenty of off street parking and separate double garage with beer/bait fridge/freezer, BBQ and canoe. Only require own sheets and towels.
