Notes: Lounge has 180 degree sea views. Sea facing bedrooms are large and contain Queen size beds and ample cupboards. Third bedroom has two single beds. Linen included for all guests. A lovely modern kitchen complete with dishwasher. Many activities within close proximity including natural hot pools (five minute drive). Property is very private extending onto the water itself. Offstreet parking for 4+ cars. Waterfront with 180 degree sea views and the bonus of a private jetty and row boat.

Holiday on Hibiscus Coast, Auckland: Located overlooking the Weti River on the Hibiscus Coast which is only a 20 minute drive on the freeway from downtown Auckland. Once you arrive you are only a few steps from your lounge to the waters edge. This is prime waterfront with private jetty access! Stunning sea views from bedrooms, lounge and dining rooms. The Hibiscus Coast features a range of stunning beaches, golf courses, cafes and restaurants. You are also only a short drive from major shopping centes. Auckland downtown takes about 20 minutes and has great shopping, restaurants, bars, theatres and sports events. Activities on Hibiscus Coast: You can take the row boat located on your own private jetty. This is a waterfront property. You can walk to a very safe family beach popular with swimmers called Red Beach. Lifesavers and boat ramp on site. Fishing charter, boat charter, diving trips to marine reserve, adventure trip specialist available. Other activities the property is close to three golf courses, as well as tennis courts, numerous beautiful bush walks, horse riding, arts and craft facilities. The famous Waiwera thermal pools are a five minute drive away. In in Silverdale (5 minute drive away) is the largest indoor SNOW centre - so the whole family can go skiing/boarding. The snow is REAL snow at the Snow Centre, and it operates 7 days a week. When you have had enough of snow right next door are Indoor Go Karts!!

Deposit 20% of rent to be paid for confirmed booking. Balance to be paid four weeks prior to moving in. Long weekends at Easter and Labour Day in October are $400 per night.
