Situated (a short distance from secluded beachs) in the Otway Ranges approximately 3 hours from Melbourne, between Johanna Beach. the 12 Apostles.& the new Otway Fly tree top walk. Our studio styled spa cottage on Great Ocean Road is ideal for couples. Large windows let you fully enjoy the sweeping coastal views, from relaxing in bed, in the spa or out on the deck. watch our alpacas, sheep and horses graze the property, surrounded by trees, providing privacy but allowing beautiful ocean views. Native birds abound. Single level car access allows easy entry for all including the disabled; Both cottages were designed to suit the disabled. Both studio & large family cottage are fully S/C with all the Mod Cons. Fresh rain water is on tap. There is also a full selection of fresh teas, instant and ground coffee . Lounge: Beautiful indoor & outdoor facilities which include unique photographs and original paintings and art works. Spectacular southern ocean views dominate from every room. Featuring private deck with BBQ, satelite TV, stereo system, small CD Library, binoculars, modern reverse-cycle heating and cooling system and a great selection of games, books and magazines. Bathroom: Lay back and relax in our spa while taking in the ocean view. Hair dryer, fresh towels, and linen are provided. A small play ground for the children can be viewed well from the Family cottage. This cottage has a stunning views from all rooms !

This coastline is regularly traversed by ocean vessels of all kinds, from the smallest of yachts to multistory container ships. The forest beneath our cottages leads down to secluded beaches below. A wonderful place to explore and enjoy. Our cottages are appointed with original art and photos.
