An ecological masterpiece of giant sand dunes, rainforests, streams and perched fresh water lakes, Fraser is a nature lover's dream. Its Aboriginal name "K'Gari" appropriately means paradise. An exceptional range of flora is found on Fraser Island. Cool and peaceful rainforests of towering Satinay and Brush Box trees, some over 1,000 years old, contrast with swampy wetlands, heathlands full of wild flowers and coastal strands of Pandanus palms.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in AUD per property per day.

Rates are quoted double (2 people share same bed).
Additional person $10 per night. These rates apply to standard apartment. Deluxe add additional $20 per night.
Additional discount 2.5% for bookings over 7 nights calculated of the cost per week as per table below. Pensioners will recieve a 2.5% discount off all of these rates. 2.5% DISCOUNT ALSO APPLIES FOR EARLY BIRD BOOKINGS (payment must be paid in full at least 3 months before arrival and paid at the time of the booking).

Deposit will be required at the time of your booking at minimal cost of AUD$100 payable via net or call us with your credit card details. Balance of the booking is payable on arrival Full refund is allowed if yu call back within 48 hours and 50 % refund if called at least 21 days prior of arrival. No refund will be granted after these days.

Units are not serviced and no linen will be changed only after 7 days. Pay laundromat is on the site and linen could be hired for an additional cost. No further cost is imposed to guests.
