This area is large enough to accommodate extra bedding if required. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and built-ins, while the3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds (Can be converted to 1 King bed.) and built-ins. Both have access to the 2nd bathroom with 2 person spa. These bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the apartment from the Master bedroom ensuring privacy from the kids, etc. Fully functional modern laundry with auto washing machine.

Rates are for up to 6 persons in a Penthouse/ Sub Penthouse Apartment. A surcharge of $10 per night applies to each extra person. Rates quoted are Australian Dollars.
Check in: after 2pm. Check out: before 10am.
Deposit: One third of the total letting fee is to be lodged as a deposit within 14 days of booking to guarantee the reservation, with the balance payable on arrival. 14 days notice of cancellation is required for deposit refund.
Apartments are serviced (change of linen) weekly.
Extra servicing, child minding, in-house catering etc, may be available at an extra charge.
Rental rates depend on the season you are renting, and the length of your stay. The rates are higher if you are renting a room for a day compared to daily rates for 5 or more days. Please inquire from the owners.
