Vacation Rental Contract - A $300 deposit/week is required with a written agreement signed and returned to us (we will email or mail the agreement to you). Full payment is due two weeks prior to occupancy. If cancellation is necessary, efforts will be make to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to do so, your deposit will be forfeited. Linen and Cleaning Fee - The Linen and Cleaning Fee is $75 dollars and is included in the cost of the villa rental. Utilities - Electricity, water, local phone and cable costs are included in the weekly rental fee.
