Beach parking is available at the Dunes House (a private beach club). Bicycles are provided for your use.
During peak tourist season (April - October) the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free shuttle service, will pick you up at the house and take you anywhere on the plantation, including the beach, golf courses, tennis center, shopping and restaurants!

Notes to the Rates of the Vacation Home in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina
Minimum stay for summer season: 7 nights.
15% of total rental fee due at time of reservation, balance is due 30 days prior to start of rental. A $200 security deposit must be included with the final payment to cover potential damages, or excessive cleaning costs. The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days following completion of the rental if no damages or excessive cleaning fees are incurred.
Cancellation & Return Policy:
* 50% of deposit will be refunded for a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to start of rental.
* 75% of deposit refunded for a cancellation made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental.
* 100% of deposit refunded for a cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental (minus a $35 processing fee).
