This newly renovated and completely remodeled home has everything you need for your medium-size group. This holiday house in Hilton Head Island features a beautiful fenced-in backyard with private heated (pool heat extra) pool, hot tub, and grill. The hot tub seats 8 comfortably and the pool has an IN-POOL STONE COVERED TABLE you can sit around and have drinks! You can access the backyard from the master bedroom, kitchen, and spare bedroom. All of the landscaping and furnishings are brand-new! The pool / hot tub and landscaping are complete and the house looks stunning. The backyard turned out to be a beautiful oasis. With the waterfall in the pool, it is very relaxing. The brand-new kitchen is fully stocked and is adjacent to a huge great room with large TV, DVD/VCR, stereo, and CD. There is room for everyone to eat at the huge granite kitchen bar or dining table. There are two master suites! One is privately located at one end of the home with sitting room leading to the pool, TV/VCR/DVD, jacuzzi tub and glass shower. The other master suite shares a hallway with the two guest bedrooms. The guest bedrooms share a marble-lined bath with a second jacuzzi tub! A wide driveway and two-car garage provide plenty of parking.
