And summer is delightful: warm days for water sports and other outdoor activities, cool nights for refreshing sleep.

Notes to the Rates of the Holiday House in Poconos, Pennsylvania
Holiday weekends: add 15% to posted rates for New Year's, Martin Luther King Weekend, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Weekends.
Additional days can be negotiated when available! Midweek rentals are often available; call and ask.
Security Deposit: $200; Cleaning Fee: $65;
Amenities Badges (per person age 6 and above): $5/day or $20/week - required by Big Bass Lake Community Association if you will be using community facilities: lakes, pools, beaches, courts, clubhouse, ski slope, etc.
Weekly rentals run from saturday 4 pm to following saturday 11 am. Weekend rentals run from friday to sunday (2 nights), usually with flexible check-in and check-out times. We do not normally allow pets, and we do not permit smoking inside our properties. Also note that 12 is the limit permitted for this property. Rentors must be at least 21 years old.
