The two living areas each 1350 square feet can be used as one 2700 square foot home or one large residential retreat or a lakefront hideaway for close families wanting to be closer. (remember, the calendar here, is not able to adequately reflect availability).
Safety First - The wall to wall carpeted stair tower has natural lighting and was constructed with safety as a first consideration. (Six steps then a landing repeated 4 times and multi directional with solid walls on each side). Fire/Safety Alarms.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in USD per property per week.

Though, the real uniqueness of the property is the design allowing for separate or adjoined living spaces referred to as 'property'(each with two private entrances for each 1350 square foot self contained and independent large living space) Each with own full kitchen and a full bath. Rental fees based on:
"Per property" in our offering includes one of two possible living spaces for the total enjoyment of two families on holiday together or two on holidays separately.
In other words total privacy or partial or total integration of lifestyles for each family in occupancy. To use the space all as one space "warm and friendly" comfortable & well lighted (natural day lighting & full spectrum fixtures for night) with carpet, railings and six steps with landings 2 times to second floor once more to bedroom/attic loft/or office -200 square feet.
Security Deposit in advance of occupancy required. Non refundable cleaning deposit of $75 in most cases. Some exceptions, case by case.

We work with our guests who must unexpectedly cancel or reschedule for a resasonable cause or emergency. Refund Policy with 2 week notice can apply. If cancellation happens within 24 hours of occupancy date, you can exchange your time here. We will do our best to handle this and accomodate your situation to your full satisfaction. In extreme emergency, reschedules allowed without penalty on a case by case basis. Our high and getting higher electricity costs are included as are all utilities, water, etc. We use energy saving and water saving devices and WE RECYCLE. House was designed to be solar ready and we are examining ways to make the conversion and use fossil fuels only as a backup. We wholeheartedly believe in and encourage the use of energy conservation and the alternatives in our cars and homes. The use of renewable energies, creating sustainable buildings and the same kind of lifestyle must be our way of life now if we are to survive and us our energy for the benefit of the planet and for the generations that follow us here.
