Condo in Clearbrook, New Hampshire: 3 story Loon Mountain condo in Clearbrook, New Hampshire - White Mountains - Enjoy our winter home during spring, summer and fall in the White Mountains. The views are gorgeous from the master suite, two other bedrooms and the window-filled living room. The deck is nicely sheltered where we spend many a sunny afternoon enjoying the view of Loon Mountain across the Kanc. 2005 Improvments! New tile in the kitchen, new kitchen furniture, video/DVD library with 25 + movies and new hot water heater. The kitchen has new state of the art appliances: fridge w/ ice maker, glass top stove with warming drawer and 5 burners. The kitchen is fully stocked w/ equipment b/c we love to cook. We've left many toddler-toys in the loft and a newer Play'n Go porta-crib, so leave yours at home. Two of the twin beds have side rails for the bigger babies. We even have two gates for those tricky stairs. Basic spices and starter paper goods also supplied. Located in Clearbrook I, very near to the path leading to pool at VOLM. This condo has a stunning views over Loon Mountain!

Ride the new bike paths from our condo to Main Street and connect to the Franconia Notch bike paths. There are only five steps into condo. Loon Mountain attractions include climbing walls, cave tours, horseback riding, gondola rides to summit, off-road truck tours, kayak, ATV & bike rentals in town. Close to Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trained Bears and golfing. Forty-five minutes to North Conway outlet shopping.
