Notes to the Rates of the Vacation Home in Las Vegas, Nevada
There is a Five Hundred Even ($500.00), deposit required to indemnify owner against damage to the property and for Resident's fulfillment of the conditions of this agreement. Deposit will be returned to Resident less a $150.00 cleaning charge, seven (7) days after residence is vacated if paid with wire transfer, and 30 days if it is by check, money order, or cashiers check.
Deposit will not be returned if Resident checks out late. Deposit may be applied by Management to satisfy all or part of Resident's obligations and such act shall not prevent Management from claiming damages in excess of the deposit. Resident may not apply the deposit to any of the rent payment.
Our home is available on a long-term basis and we wish to make special arrangements with Katrina Survivors. Our home is located in a family neighborhood and is fully furnished and equipped.
