9/12/ - 6/30/05 2200-4000/wk ($350 - 600/night).
Cleaning fees: $100 per stay. Refundable security deposit: $500. 50% of rental amount + security fee due at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: deposits are fully refundable (less 20% cancellation/service fee) if made within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations made LESS than 30 days are subject to 50% cancellation fee. We are not responsible for late arrivals or early departures.
We also accept payments via PAYPAL (you can safely transfer funds electronically directly from your bank account or credit card - no extra fees). Foreign currencies are also easily handled by PAYPAL.
Can also provide private jet transportation to/from Martha's Vineyard (pickup anywhere in US) - please inquire.
