This large expanded Cape has hardwood floors throughout with a recent second floor addition that has 2 master bedroom suites and a connecting full bath. Downstairs bath and kitchen have been updated. Full basement includes separate entrance with washer, dryer and a half bath. Our vacation home in East Dennis is 1.5 miles from Cape Cod Bay and protected National Seashore- some of the best beach area in USA.

Off-season 2008: $150 - 300 per day; Minimum stay: 3 days. All utilities are included in the rate. 50% deposit required to reserve time. Refundable security deposit of $500 required prior to occupancy. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Refunds granted if the premises are re-rented or at the discretion of owner.
This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental. Weekly rates start at $950 off-season and go to $2450 in the high season. Minimum stay: 7 days.
House is available for monthly rentals at $1500-2000 (excludes utilities). Please check calendar for open months. Will also rent for 3 day minimum at $150-300 per day.
