Notes to the Rates of the Condo in Molokai, Hawaiian Islands
Rates do not include a Hawaii State tax of 11.42% and a cleaning fee of $80 per stay. 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance plus a $200 security deposit are due 30 days in advance. Full deposit refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date. The rental fee is non-refundable if cancellation are made less than 30 days of arrival.
