It is equipped with a private gym and outside Jacuzzi. Notes to the Rates of the Vacation Home in Paia, Maui
The property has 3 small cottages on it. There are rented separately or together with the main house. There is the Beach cottage, the Plantation cottage and the Carriage House. Beach Cottage:$550.00 per night for two people and $25.00 per night per additional person. Plantation Cottage: $450.00 per night for four people and $25.00 per additional person. A $25 extra per children (max 2) on top of 6 adults is possible Carriage House: $ 250.00 per night for two people and $30.00 additional a night for 3 or 4 persons. A $25 extra per children max 2 on top of 4 adults is possible. For availability please send an E-Mail to cgslp@mac.com. Payment Details - 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund. There is a 100$ charge for cancellation more than 60 days prior to booking. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit. Smoking is allowed. Children are allowed. Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. Dogs and Cats are allowed. There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours and people do tend to go to bed early in Hawaii.
