Holiday House on Kauai with it's open floor plan and expansive lanais has 2 full bedrooms with king bed and private bath. The upstairs master's suite has a TV with DVD, DSL/WIFI computer hookup, in-shower steam and a private covered lanai adjoining an open lanai with five person spa. On the entry level you will find living and dining areas with a gourmet kitchen. On this floor there is a bedroom with king bed and private bath, also a small bedroom with a double bed and half bath as well as a screened sleeping porch with a futon. Most rooms open onto covered lanais.
Our bright and airy home is comfortably furnished including Cable TV, DVD, CD, telephone with answering machine and a washer and dryer. We provide chairs, towels and boogie boards for your fun at the beach, and a grill for outdoor cooking.
Enjoy the privacy of four lushly landscaped acres bounded by a meandering stream... Explore our unique botanical gardens and delight in a wide variety of tropical trees, palms and flowers including many naturalized orchids throughout this exceptional property. Notes to the Rates of the Holiday House in Kauai, Hawaiian Islands
Nightly rate for up to 4 People: $225/night (3 night minimum preferred).
$10/night for each additional person plus 11.42% Hawaii State Taxes.
$150 out-cleaning fee additional.
A $500 security deposit plus 50% of the rental total is required within 10 days of booking to confirm your reservation. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Written confirmation and directions will be sent to you as soon as we receive your final payment. Your security deposit will be promptly refunded by mail, less the out cleaning fee and costs of any willful damage (not normal wear and tear).
Cancellations of 60 days or more notice will be fully refunded less a $50 service charge. Cancellations of less than 60 days will be refunded for the dates that can be re-booked.
