You will love this brand new villa offering plenty of space and

Bedrooms and bathrooms: the master suite has a king bed, large walkin closet with en suite bathroom featuring a full size polystone bath and huge walk in shower with his & hers sinks.
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom features a pair of twin beds. Both bedrooms share a large guest bathroom.
Family areas: there is a luxurious formal lounge and dining room. The family room has a stereo, cable TV, and video/DVD player.
Catering facilities: the kitchen includes everything you should need including microwave oven, ceramic cook top, huge fridge with icemaker and dishes. Kitchen also has a large breakfast bar with stools for extra seating.
Full laundry facilities, with washing machine, dryer and a laundry tub sink.
Pool details: the private, solar heated pool is west facing so the sun is
on the pool right through to the late afternoon and sunset. The pool is screened with a large deck, barbeque grill, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck looks out over the lawn and onto trees in the large back yard.

There are several waverunner and boat rental facilities within a mile from the house. Biking and hiking, or spend some time at Stump Pass State Park - a wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach. There are lots of golfing oportunities nearby. With another brand new course that has just opened. Sarasota or Naples are within short driving distances for shopping
and dining. Day trips to Disney, Universal Studio, and Bush Gardens are just a couple of hours away.
