This Florida Gold Villa has just been refurnished (Oct 2005) by our Interior Decorators to a high standard and is waiting for you!
Bedrooms and bathrooms: the master suite has a queen bed, large closet with
en suite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower with wash basin. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom features a pair of twin beds. Both bedrooms share a large guest bathroom. Guest bathroom also has access to the pool. Family areas: There is a lounge and seperate dining area seating six. The family room has a wide screen TV with cable, DVD player and stereo CD.
Catering facilities: the kitchen includes everything you should need including
microwave oven, ceramic cook top, huge fridge/freezer with icemaker and dishes, pots and pans. Full laundry facilities, with washing machine, dryer and a laundry tub sink.
Pool details: the private, solar heated pool is south facing so the sun is on the pool right through the day. The pool is screened with a large deck, barbeque grill, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck looks out over the lawn and
across a large private greenbely.

Vacation in Rotonda: Beach activities: sun bathing, boating and fishing; hunting for shells and sharks teeth; checking out turtle nests; bird and sunset watching and an occasional dolphin or manatee, if you are lucky. There are several waverunner and boat rental facilities within a mile from the house. Biking and hiking, or spend some time at Stump Pass State Park - a wildlife sanctuary just down from the beach. There are lots of golfing oportunities nearby. With another brand new course that has just opened. Sarasota or Naples are within short driving distances for shopping
and dining. Day trips to Disney, Universal Studio, and Bush Gardens are just a couple of hours away.
