Holiday in Rotonda: This is a nature lovers area, many birds large & small, great fishing, boating, tennis and golf and it is all nearby. Driving a little way and you can find horse riding, State parks and nature trails which offer wildlife viewing. The countryside is relatively flat so it is good walking & biking country with plentiful nature trails.
Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton & Tampa have fine shopping and museums (eg Ringling Art Centre & house in Sarasota), Ellendon has a great big Outlets Discount Shoppers complex, Venice, Port Charlotte and Englewood have varied restaurants, cafes and nearby we have 3 excellent supermarkets. Edison and Henry Ford houses in Fort Myers are good to visit too. Kayak hire and bike hire are available locally. Multi-screen cinema complex is in Port Charlotte which also boasts a great big excellent bookshop.

How To Get There: Fly to Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Orlando or Miami Airports, drive towards Venice and Englewood, locate Mcall Road intersection with Sunnybrook. Take Sunnybook and follow local directions obtainable from owner at time of booking.
US and Canadian guests may prefer to use Sarasota or Fort Myers Airports as these are only an hours drive to the villa.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

A booking deposit is required with a completed Booking form to secure your vacation dates. Payment is inclusive of taxes, electricity and cleaning but short stays of 4 days or less incurr a £35 / US$70 surcharge. Payment can be made in GB£ or US$. Euro can be accepted by debit card payment. Supplementary heating for the poolside hot-tub spa if requested is charged at £40 / $80 per week payable at time of booking or locally. It is only really required in the cooler periods as both the spa and spa are solar heated. Long stay (over 4 weeks) discount of 10%. Minimum rental is 4 days. Extra days over the week rate are charged pro rata. A nominal damages or excessive cleaning security deposit is applicable, normally refunded in full by the owner on clearance from the maintenance company.

The villa is cleaned and checked before Guests arrived and after departure so the villa is well maintained. An optional guest “welcome pack” can be provided if requested at time of booking.
No Smoking & No Pets are conditions we ask you to respect and if you BBQ please do so outside the pool cage on the stone roundals. Guests should have own beach towels (but all other linen and towels + 2 hair dryers are provided). The 2 fishing rods and associated tackle in the garage are for use by guests. Likewise for beach chairs and sun umbrellas. There is a safety screen for the pool so if you have toddlers or young children the screen can be put in place before arrival for you peace of mind.
