Vacation Home in Rotonda, South West Florida: This stunning, privately owned vacation home in Rotonda was completed during August 2004. Furnished to a very high standard, it has many upgrades and extras including 3 large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, cathedral ceilings plus fully upgraded, well equipped kitchen. There is full air conditioning in the house, with ceiling fans in all rooms and on the lanai. The oversized (30’ x 15’) pool and spa are electric and solar heated and there is a double garage. The main master suite has a King bed (6’), night stands, dresser and sliding doors onto the lanai and pool area, the en-suite bathroom features a huge walk-in Roman style shower. The oversized vanity unit has twin washbasins and lots of drawer space. The second bedroom has a King bed (6’) bedside tables and dressing table. This room also has direct access to the lanai. The room also features a large en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins. The third bedroom features a pair of twin beds (3’) and a large en-suite bathroom with polystone bath with shower, twin washbasins and a large walk-in closet. All linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided and a hairdryer in each bedroom. There is a luxurious formal lounge, a study area and a separate family dining area, great for planning day trips over breakfast. Our homes feature all the usual appliances plus stereo cable TV and video/DVD player connected to speakers on the pool deck. Telephones in the main bedroom and kitchen area are included with free local calls.

Rotonda is a new community built around several excellent golf courses yet within a few minutes drive of the gulf beaches and sparkling waters of Manasota Key and Boca Grande. Boating marinas and shopping malls are nearby. There is a great selection of places to eat from casual waterside dining to fine restaurants. This is an elegant, luxury pool home in a peaceful residential area.

Vacation in Rotonda, South West Florida: Superb local restaurants offer fresh sea food and all American cuisine. The area boasts excellent beaches and State Parks and is the center for deep sea and game fishing. Leisure pursuits include shell collecting or dolphin watching on the long sandy unspoiled beaches with only a 10 minute drive. One could enjoy a day of golf at one of four courses on Rotonda or rent a boat at the local mariner. There is so much to do, the list is endless. Supermarkets are all close by and there are shopping malls in Port Charlotte. Visit Tampa(Busch Gardens), Sanibel, Captiva, The Everglades. The Orlando airport is about a three hour drive.

All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Rental. All prices shown EXCLUDING taxes. A minimum 7 night stay applies to any booking. All reasonable utility costs are included (except out of area phone calls). Bicycles available for hire at $35 per week. The private, solar heated pool is east facing so catches the sun all day until late afternoon, whilst the lanai provides much needed shade even on the hottest days. The pool also has electric heating (at an extra cost of $25 per night) and has a full spa/hot tub. The Lanai area is larger than most properties and is completly screened with private poolbath, barbeque, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool deck looks out over the landscaped lawn and onto trees at the rear.
