Our vacation home in Rotonda is a beautiful 3 bedroom luxury vacation rental. The master bedroom is fully furnished incuding a king size bed, large chaise lounge, sliding glass doors that lead onto the pool area. The master bathroom has a full sized tub, walk-in Roman shower, water closet, and large vanity with his and her sinks. The dining room has a large dining table that seats six. The great room is furnished with bold contemporary furnings. The family room offers plenty of comfort as well as a flat screen TV, stereo, and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious enough to prepare a large family meal and yet perfectly laid out to cater for two. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with waterway views. These two bedrooms share the centrally located guest bathroom. It has a walk in shower, single sink and vanity area. The laundry room comes complete with a full-sized washer and dryer, large storage area, and an iron with ironing board. The pool area has a table and seating for six people plus 2 sun loungers. The pool is solar heated and overlooks a wide peaceful canal. The lanai is also equipped with an outdoor gas grill.

Vacation in Rotonda, Florida: Water recreation around Englewood includes swimming, shelling, searching for pre-historic sharks teeth, snorkeling, fishing, shrimping and clamming. Nearby you will find kayak and wave runner rentals. Early risers can watch turtle hatchlings emerge from their nests during the months of July through September. October is a great month for finding sand dollars buried in the shallows or washing up on the shore. For you fishermen, fishing charters are available for catching Tarpon, Grouper, Snook, Reds, Trout, Shark, and more. Or, feel free to bring your own boat. There are several good local public ramps in the area. Just to the south of Manasota Key is the world famous Boca Grande pass, Tarpon fishing capital of the world. Between Manasota Key and Boca Grande is Stump Pass and Little Gasparilla Pass; both excellent for fishing. Later in the afternoon simply pull up on the sandy shore, go for a swim, have a few drinks, set up a barbeque, and grill your day's catch.
