A fabulous brand new holiday house in Rotonda, just mins from the sandy white beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3 bedroom holiday home features one oversized master bathroom and one full sized guest bathroom adjoining the two guest bedrooms. This holiday house is loaded with custom upgrades, many of which can be seen in the photographs attached. The accommodation is kept spotlessly clean and is maintained by a local management company which provides 24 hour emergency service.
The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, remote controlled television, and french doors that lead onto the pool area. The master bathroom has a full sized tub, walk-in Roman shower, water closet, and large vanity.
The dining room has a large table seating 6. The great room is elegantly furnished with two couches and end tables, a coffee table, and an entertainment unit complete with television, stereo, and DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious enough to prepare a meal for a large group, and yet perfectly laid out to cater for 2. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and a study area with an extra pull-out bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom has a tub, shower, single sink and vanity area. The laundry room comes complete with full-sized washer and dryer, large storage area, and ironing board. The pool area has table and seating for 6 people plus 2 sun loungers. Solar heated pool and spa as well as an outdoor gas grill.
