Rotonda holiday house on Pinemore Golf Course - This is a fabulous holiday house on the newly opened Pinemore Golf Course. The property sits on a large oversized corner lot with the golf course to the rear.
As you enter through the front door you walk into the great room, to
the right is the master suite and to the left the dinning room. A large kitchen and second living area complete the main living space.
To the right of the holiday house is the master ensuite along with a fourth bedroom. On the left side of the house are the two guest bedrooms with shared guest bathroom.
The lania area is spacious with seating and table for six, loungers, BBQ, pool bath and an outdoor shower.

Holiday in Rotonda: Minutes away from both Boca Grande and Englewood beaches, the villa is perfectly situated. Shops are within a two minute drive and the center of town is only 5 miles away. The villa is surrounded by 72 holes of golf all within the Rotonda area, and looks out onto the Links golf course. There are also tennis courts and recreational parks nearby. Within driving distance are several shopping malls and discount outlets. Orlando is only two and half hours away to the northeast and the Florida Keys are four hours away to the southwest.
