Our vacation villa in South Fort Myers is ideally located - close to Fort Myers beach, the island resort areas of Sanibel and Captiva and Bell Tower mall, home of fantastic shopping & restaurants.

Vacation in Fort Myers, Florida: Our vacation villa is located in a quiet area of Fort Myers, which is approximately 10 minutes drive from the main beach area and the beautiful island resort areas of Sanibel and Captiva. Fort Myers has been the winter home to many famous people including Thomas Edison, Henry Firestone and Henry Ford. It is the sunniest place in Florida, which is why these individuals chose to live here. Fort Myers is know as “The city of Palms”. McGregor avenue alone has over 1,000 palm trees. The gulf side of Florida is a quieter and safer option to the East Coast of Florida, however that's not to say that Fort Myers is a sleepy town. There are plenty of beach areas, restaurants, sports activities and shopping if you want it. Travelling to our home is easy as the nearest airport (Southwest Florida Regional Airport) is only 10 miles away. Alternatively, you can fly to Miami, Orlando or Tampa and drive to Fort Myers. We can provide directions for you.

Restaurants and shopping: The South Fort Myers area has terrific dining and shopping. We are very close to the Bell Tower Mall, an upscale mall with fine shops and restaurants. It is anchored by a large Saks Fifth Avenue and has several fine restaurants located in it. Our favourite is D'amico's which offers a bottomless glass of wine. The first glass is $4.95 and then the wine flows for free until you have finished your meal.

Golf information: There are 57 golf courses within 30 minutes driving from this home. The estate it is located on is between two of them. The Lexington Country Club golf course and the Crown Colony golf course. Crown Colony boasts a championship course with all the beautiful palms, sand and water you expect a great Florida golf course to have. You can see the island green on hole 13 just before the entrance to our estate. Both courses are open to the public, though Crown Colony is not recommended for new golfers.

The rental rates for this property are quoted in GBP per property per week.

Price based on first night and applies to the whole period of stay. For stays over 14 days a 10% discount will be offered. Further discounts apply for longer stays - please contact us for details!!

Also, once you've stayed with us we're sure you will want to return. when you do, we will give you £25 discount on the total price for each subsequent stay.

Finally, we will give you £25 payment for each new visitor recommended to us by yourself.
