Besides a heated pool offering complete privacy and a deck with barbecue, there is a private dock for boaters wishing to taking advantage of the ocean access available via the New River and nearby Intercoastal Waterway. The house features all the modern amenities including satellite TV, washer and dryer as well as two bicycles and telephone outlet for a laptop computer. It is also includes a two-man kayak (deposit required). Miami Beach is only a 25-minute drive. The Fort Lauderdale International airport is 10 minutes by car and transport to the Miami International Airport is a 25-minute drive. The house is located on a cul de sac in a quiet neighbourhood.
