Located in Haines City, Southern Dunes is a beautiful, gated golf resort - ranked in the top 100 courses in the U.S. by Golf Digest magazine. Treat your family to an unforgettable vacation in beautiful central Florida! Our villa in Haines City has everything you'll need to make your next holiday the most memorable ever. The home comes fully furnished with everything you'll need and want - from washer/dryer, to private screened in pool, to an in-house games room! Holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, March Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Etc. $1,425/week or $220/day. Plus Florida State & County Tax of 12%. A $400 deposit required at time of reservation with full payment due on or before 60 days arrival. A $100 cancelation fee applies to all cancelations. 50% refund for written notification more that 30 days from arrival. There is no refund if cancelled within 30 days unless other bookings can be arranged. A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals and will be reimbursed upon satifactory inspection after your stay. There is a 4 1/2% surcharge for credit card use. Pool heat optional for $150 per week (usually advised between November to April). Check-in is 4 PM, Check out is 10 AM.
