New vacation villa in Southern Dunes, Haines City - our villa is built on a secure gated community and is fully air conditioned. It has 2 master double bedrooms one with En-suite, 2 twin rooms and cot(crib) all with cable TV. There are 2 further family bathrooms and all linen and towels are provided. The open living area has cable TV. DVD and a playstation. There is a utility room which has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a single garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a radio/CD player and leads to the snook dining area. The private pool is haeted and is screened and has furniture for outside dining.
This villa is situated on 4.5* golf course!

Our villa in Southern Dunes is a short walk away from Wal-mart, Win Dixie, Blockbusters and Macdonalds as well as other fast food outlets. On site are tennis courts, communal swimming pool, a safe children’s play area and a fishing lake. The Golf and Country club is just a short walk from the villa and all are welcome. We are just 20 mins from Disney and are in a perfect location for Busch Gardens and all other attractions.

The 18 hole course is open to the public and bookings can be taken at the clubs golf shop. There are beaches to the East and West of Southern Dunes and are approx 75 minutes away.

The pool heating is charged at $20 per day and takes 24hrs to take effect. The villa comes fully air conditioned.
Booking deposit 20% of total amount with balance 6 weeks before departure. Security deposit, refundable upon return. Key collection etc will be arranged with our management company who will handle any problems or questions.
