We have our own south facing, private pool and a 5 seater jacuzzi. The pool is fully screened, with plenty of deck and sunloungers to catch a few rays and top up the tan. The large covered deck comes in useful if that Florida sunshine gets just a little too hot to handle!! Great position - it is south facing so gets the sun right through the day, it also overlooks the 4th fairway but retains privacy thru screening by fir trees. This villa has a stunning view over the Golf Course!

SILVER PACKAGE: pool heat only. @£65 per week $18 per day. $150/£100 secures your booking (your booking will be held for maximum of 10 days, pending receipt of your deposit. A higher deposit will be required for stays longer than 1 month. All taxes are included. Pool heating, if requested, will be charged at $120/£70 per week and will be payable on the final balance. A $300 security deposit will be payable on collection of keys at Property Management Company, via your credit card, and will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure, less any breakages.
