Villa in Orlando, Orlando - Disney Area: 4 Bed Villa in Orlando, Disney Area - south face pool & spa - New four bedroom villa with security alarm, two double bedrooms with Queen and King beds, en-suite baths and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Our villa in Orlando is within fifteen minutes of Disney and is ideally located for all Central Florida attractions, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. The great room has a twin and triple sofa with a large cable TV, DVD player, Playstation 2, and a music centre. There are a number of popular DVD's available for your enjoyment. As well as being fully air conditioned, the living room benefits from ceiling fans. The formal dining area is also in the great room, with space for eight places (borrow two chairs from the kitchen nook) and its location is in front of the kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with the appliances that one would expect from a modern villa. The kitchen nook is the informal eating area, with the bay window overlooking the pool deck. This allows supervision of the pool while enjoying a beverage in the cool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a on suite bathroom and shower. There is also direct access to the pool from the bathroom. The second double bedroom has a King size bed ,en-suite large shower and wc and also has cable TV with a DVD player. There is also a deep narrow closet and a set of draws. Bedroom three and four are twin rooms, and can be offered as a double if required. There is a crib and high chair and we offer a pool screening service for total privacy. South Facing Pool & Spa with optional pool screening for privacy

Notes: The south facing pool ensures all year round sunshine, yet shade is available under the covered lanai. The remote controlled spa is also heated to approx 10 degrees higher than the pool temperature and provides a wonderful place to relax after a hard days play. The pool furniture is very comfortable, and there is a barbeque for those all-fresco evenings.
