Daily Rates: $55-$75 Per night.
Thanksgiving and Easter: $550.00/week.
If you stay less than one week (7 nights) there is a $75 cleaning fee.
All Florida taxes, amenities, facilities and final cleaning.
$250 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 4 weeks before commencement of rental, 50% forfeit if cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to rental and 100% if within 2 weeks. Refundable security deposit taken upon arrival from management company (refunded after satisfactory management report - usually within 30 days).
100% payments plus Security Deposit if booking 60 days or Less from date of Arrival.
Check-In time is 4:00PM and Check-out time is 11:00AM.
