Luxury condo in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee - Our condo is brand new as at november 2005 and is tastefully furnished to a high standard and of course is air - conditioned. The 3 bed 2 bath unit has a large master bedroom with queen bed, television, en suite bathroom and huge walk in wardrobe. The second good size bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a really bright outlook with 2 windows and a bunk arrangement (double on the bottom and single on top). A full size bathroom serves bedrooms 2 & 3. The light and spacious living area opens on to a balcony (lanai) and has a combined tv/video/dvd player together with a play station 2. A fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, large range oven with microwave and everthing else you can think of in a modern kitchen. In the entrance hall is a large cupboard area containing a washer and dryer. Strictly no smoking.

Attractions such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World are less than 20 minutes away. International drive with all its restaurants, shops and amusements is a 15 minute drive.

Vacation in Windsor Hills: Windsor Hills is a secure gated community. Our third floor unit (with elevator) is just a short stroll from the club house which is home to a beautiful pool with water slide and wet deck, a hot spa, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the parks, a fully equipped fitness centre, games room, high definition movie theatre, a classy relaxation area and a sundry shop. Within the complex is a large childrens play area and basketball and tennis courts.
We are close to interstate 4 which will take you to either the atlantic or gulf coasts in just over an hour. Also about an hour to the east you will find Kennedy Space Centre and the same drive time to the west will bring you to Tampa and Busch Gardens. further afield to the south of course is the world famous everglades national park, southern Florida and Miami.
Golf in Windsor Hills: For the sportsman then this part of the world is a golfers paradise with countless top courses within a 10 minute drive of our condo. Windsor Hills has a special discount arrangement with mystic dunes, which is just round the corner.

Christmas, New year and Easter $814.
All prices are for a seven day stay and include Florida sales tax. A cleaning charge of $70 dollars is levied on stays of 5 days or under. No refunds available if booking is cancelled less than 12 weeks before arrival date.
$150 deposit is required for all bookings with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A credit card swipe is required on arrival to cover any damage or breakages.
