Refundable Security Deposit = $300 Multi-week Rate = 8% off for every additional week (cummulative), up to 1 month Cancellation Policy: 60 or more days prior to arrival – 10% of rental charge, 30 to 59 days prior to arrival – 30% of rental charge, Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund.
