Vacation Home in Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee: Our Cumbrian Lakes vacation home in Kissimmee is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom vacation home, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. The Sitting Room is furnished with a Sofa Bed, this can be a quiet room to sit and read or let the children in and they will find the DVD/VCR combi and the X-box to amuse. The magnificent Dining Room, complete with ornate chandelier, provides the perfect setting for holiday dining and reunion suppers. The table seats eight people, with a further four being catered for at the breakfast bar. We tried, but could not fit a larger table in! There are sliding doors from the Dining Area onto the covered lanai. The Master bedroom has a sumptuous King size bed, furnished to a very high standard, complete with remote ceiling fan and the added bonus of a wonderful balcony on which to have breakfast or just relax under the parasol on the reclining chairs. The ensuite has two basins, a magnificent walk-in shower, tub and separate WC. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of draw space. For the techno amongst us, the Master contains a Sony HDTV with DVD/VCR and Satellite TV. Dining alfresco will be a pleasure on the covered lanai, complete with lighting and ceiling fan. The extended deck provides plenty of lounging space, overlooking the lake, the only place to be after a long day at the parks. For our younger guests, some pool toys and games are provided, as are the pool towels. Off the lanai you will find the pool bath.

Vacation at Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee: Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community off Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee and is sought after because of its tranquil setting and proximity to Disney. It has four lovely lakes, a children's area, jogging trails and open spaces. It offers quick and easy access to Walt Disney World and all major attractions. Golf courses and lakes for fishing are on your door step. The Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful beaches of Daytona and Cocoa on the East Coast just an hours' drive away - as are the beaches of Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. For food shoppers, Wal-Mart is only five minutes away along with the attractions and wide variety of restaurants the 192 has to offer.
