Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (20%). The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. Pool and spa heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost (£95/$175 per week). Bookings of 5 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of £45/$85.
