The villa is furnished to a very high comfortable standard with ample space for our guests. It boasts air conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in every room as well as the sheltered pool area.
French doors in the living room, family room and master bedroom lead to a covered lanai and screen enclosed custom pool and spa. The 12’ by 17’master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet , patio doors to the pool area and a beautiful master bath with garden tub and separate sink areas. The pool is completely screened in an optionally lit at night. There is a round table with four luxury cushioned chairs and four matching sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and sit and relax and muse over the memories of a hectic but enjoyable day while watching the sun set.
All appliances are new and include a microwave, dishwasher and complete laundry facility. The home will be cleaned by maid service prior to your arrival
