The Manors Villa at Westridge, Davenport - This modern, bungalow style villa is available to rent for your comfort and enjoyment.
The plan above shows, starting from the front door (bottom right) and moving in a clockwise direction, the foyer leading into the large living room.
The villa at Westridge, Davenport is equipped with remote control cable TV and a telephone. Local calls are free whilst long distance calls can be made either using a credit card (can be expensive) or by purchasing a phone card, available from most stores.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and fully fitted kitchen, including among other things an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal system.
Leading from the living room, through a sliding glass door, is our private screened pool in its own patio area. The floodlit pool is 26ft long x 13ft wide and is a gentle curved free form shape. The floor of the pool slopes from 3ft to 5ft deep with steps leading into the water at the shallow end. The pool is fitted with optional electrical heating and the patio area, partly shaded, is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a patio table.
Another sliding glass door leads from the patio area into the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and en-suite facilities. The large shower area has two built in seats and a door from this bathroom leads back onto the poolside patio.
The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds with spacious built-in wardrobes which are serviced by the second bathroom that has two doors, giving easy access from all parts of the villa.
A spacious fourth bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe, also has luxurious en-suite facilities.
Our villa at Westridge, Davenportis equipped with a cot and high chair but if any additional equipment is required, please let us know in advance as this can be hired from the Management Company.
The double garage has access from within the villa and is equipped with a large automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer (no suitcases full of dirty clothes to carry home).

Orlando occupies an ideal, mid-position, within the state of Florida making the Atlantic Coast as easy to visit as the Gulf of Mexico. The map shown above indicates just how easy it is to find Westridge from either of Orlando’s airports.
Westridge is situated off “US Highway 27”, just south of its junction with “Highway 192”.
Westridge also offers easy access to “Interstate 4”, known locally as the “I 4”, which will lead you to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast at Naples and Clearwater, together with the fabulous Busch Gardens theme park at Tampa Bay.

Welcome Pack: General provisions for your first evening can be provided. Full details are available on request and a set fee is charged by the Management Company for this facility.
Pool Heating: As stated previously, this can be arranged through the Management Company.
Attraction Tickets: These are available practically everywhere from street booths to kiosks in malls. It is better if you purchase them prior to arriving at the theme park itself, as this will save you having to queue up to buy them.
The Management Company can supply them at a slight discount. Look around for money off coupons and special offers which appear from time to time.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Westridge, Davenport
All rentals are subject to the following booking/rental conditions:
•All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.
•The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us.
•The booking form must be accompanied by a Ł100 per week deposit.
•The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the rental date. The Management Company will require you to swipe your credit card on arrival to cover any damages.
•A receipt, for any monies paid, will always be sent – normally by return of post.
The rental period commences at 4.00 pm, local time, on the day of arrival as indicated on the booking form and the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am, local time, on the day of departure.
Please be advised that the Management Company may debit your credit card if you delay your departure without their prior approval.
Liability - Although every effort is made to ensure that our villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accidental damage or loss to you, your party or your property or for any medical expenses however incurred.
We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance.
Cancellation - In the event that you cancel your booking, for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:
In excess of 8 weeks prior to the rental date……….……..The deposit.
Between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the rental date…….…….50% of the total rental costs.
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the rental date……….….75% of the total rental costs.
Less than 4 weeks prior to the rental date…………….….The full rental costs.
