Near Disney, Orlando, Florida our fabulous 4 bed 3 bath luxury villa has a large, heated, screened pool (not overlooked by other pools). It is situated less than 15 minutes from Disney on the quiet village community of Tuscan Ridge. Our villa in Davenport is very spacious with over 2000sq ft of living area, all on the one level. All rooms are air-conditioned, with the main living areas, the two large bedrooms and the lanai being fitted with ceiling fans, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere all year round. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king size bed. It has direct access to the lanai/pool area. The 2nd large bedroom with comes with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, luxuriously furnished, complete with cable TV and large walk in closet. Rental rates include all taxes and electricity. Pool Heating is an Additional £80 per Week Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more. A deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm bookings. The balance is required 10 weeks before commencement of holiday; where bookings are within 10 weeks, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Extra cleaning available on request. Security Deposit - We require a security deposit of £200 against any damage to the villa or its contents. This is refundable, pending an inspection by our management company. Cancellations must be in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment has not been received in accordance with the conditions above. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure - loss of booking deposit.
