Fully air conditioned with large private heated swimming pool(32ftx16ft) The villa is situated on a quarter acre end position with an open outlook and a screened pool. The villa is fully licensed and inspected. Linen & towels are provided in the villa. There is a maid service between home rental lets and a weekly pool service. We have provided every possible amenity and luxury to make your stay at the villa a memorable one. The lounge is furnished with three large comfortable sofas, a 52 inch TV with ablee service providing close to 100 channels. To accompany the TV is a DVD player. The room also has three corner tables with lamps and a large coffee table. A dining area or breakfast nook that comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience. The master bedroom supports a Queen size bed and has en suite and a seperate toilet and an additional changing area, where there is an adequate storage area. A 32inch wall mounted LCD provides additional comfort. A wireless b/b internet connnection. A reservation deposit of 150 pounds/$300 is required which goes towards the total balance secures the villa. Once received your reservation will be considered reserved. Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received. Payment of the balance is due thirty days prior to the check-in date A security deposit of 150.00 pounds/$300(breakages) is paid with the balance and returned after vacation. Cancellatons - Any payments made minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the check in date. Payment can be made by cheque, credit cad, mastercard, visa and paypal. Contact us for details and a paypal invoice will be sent to you. For all cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. A discount of 5% is available on a 3 week(or more) booking throught the year. Special late availablity savings are available by contacting the owner. Pool heating is an optional extra at a cost of 15/$25.00 per day. A minimum of one week of pool heating is required. A cot and high chair are available at a nominal cost.
