Villa in Legacy Park, Davenport: Davenport villa with pool at Legacy Park, close to Disney - Four of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The large Master suite is entered through double doors and comprises the bedroom with king size bed and TV, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, his and hers sinks, shower cubicle and a large round tub. A walk in wardrobe completes the layout. The second master suite has a queen size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, and are served by a family bathroom. All bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower together with toilets and washbasin. The laundry room is located upstairs off the landing and is equipped with large top loading washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Bedroom 5 is located downstairs and has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.At the top of the stairs is the den which is a large open area fitted out with sectional seating, occasional tables and a large TV with DVD player. The DVD contains a number of card reader slots to enable digital pictures to be viewed. Downstairs on entering the front door, you will find the formal living and dining area. The sofa here opens up to form a double bed if required. Moving to the back of the house past the staircase leads into the large family room with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and a large TV set in a cabinet. Located opposite, in this large open plan space is the breakfast nook with a table and chairs seating 6 people, and the well equipped kitchen. This villa is located close to the theme parks and the excellent golf courses

Notes: French windows on the back of the house lead out to the screened pool deck which is furnished with sun beds, and a table and chairs. The large pool with optional heating is perfect for those lazy days when you want a break from the Parks or the Golf course. In the evenings you can sit out by the pool and watch the fibre optic pool lighting continually changing the colour of the water. If you prefer a white light in the pool then its only a matter of clicking the remote control to change between the two options. The fine mesh screening keeps the bugs out of the pool area, though you may see the occasional lizard climbing up the outside of the mesh and taking the sun. A portable safety screen is available to screen off the pool for the safety of young children. The pool deck has its own bathroom with toilet and washbasin, and is accessible from poolside only. Access to the games room is from the formal living/dining area. Full size pool table, football table and electronic darts.

This makes it an ideal place to spend your vacation, being within comfortable driving distance of all the main attractions and the many excellent golf courses in the surrounding area, and yet far enough away from the noisy hustle and bustle for you to be able to relax after a busy days activities. There are numerous restaurants of all types, catering for the most discerning of palates located within a short drive. In addition there are also many takeaways which will deliver direct to your door. Legacy Park is an easy drive of approximately 35 minutes from Orlando International airport or 50 minutes from Sandford airport. Golf at Legacy Park: Generally pointed to as the home of family attractions, Orlando can also point with pride to its fabulous complex of quality golf courses. Our villa is within easy drive of probably the best selection of courses in Florida and makes an ideal base for the discerning golfer.

A friendly management Company will be on hand for the whole of your stay. All rental prices are inclusive of the 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 6% County Tourist Development Tax. Long stay discount 10% for 3 consecutive weeks and 15% for 4 consecutive weeks or more. Return bookings discount 10% on second and subsequent booking. Rentals of less than 7 nights will incur a £50/$90 cleaning charge (£55/$100 2007.) Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners' bank account in the UK or Florida. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with PayPal in Sterling or US Dollars. Online payments made by PayPal are subject to a 4% surcharge to cover the transaction costs. A deposit of £250/$400 plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately. A security deposit of $250 will be taken by our management Company on arrival and this should be made by credit card. The security deposit is fully refundable pending a satisfactory inspection of the villa by our management company after your stay.
