The above rental rates are exclusive of local taxes which are currently 12% for the Davenport area. Pool and Spa Heat recommended October through May is optional and is charged at £85 ($160) per week plus local tax. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £55 ($100). For bookings of 17 days or more we offer a discount. A Security Deposit of £300 ($500) is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival.
