The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed, the 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have twin size beds. The en-suite master bathroom also offers access to the pool for added convenience. The private pool patio area overlooks a gently sloping fielded area offer a quiet setting. The sleeper/sofa will also sleep two people. Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, Range, washer, drier, towels, linens etc. There is a TV/VCR in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. The prices are per week and are fully inclusive of all taxes. Pool heat is an optional extra and is charged at £70/$119 per week if requested at the time of booking. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £65/$107. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £150/$250 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
