Villa in Hampton Lakes, Davenport: This villa can easily accommodate 10 people hence it is ideal for large families, multiple families or indeed groups of friends holidaying together to enjoy the outstanding attractions on offer in Orlando which gives excellent value for rental. This Villa comprises of the following: * 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms executive property, sleeps up to 10 people * 26 x 13' west facing heated pool with oversized deck area and a safety net. The pool and jacuzzi is heated with solar panels. Additional heating is available if required, for an extra charge. * Hot tub/jacuzzi; a games room * Master Suite with Queen Size Bed with walk in wardrobe, Cable TV, En-suite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a fitted, built-in lockable wardrobe with a safe and cable TV. Within droom three there are twin beds, built-in wardrobes. The fourth bedroom is themed for smaller children and has bunk beds. Double mattress bottom level, single mattress top. Other facilities include a full sized cot/crib, a high chair and stroller for our younger guests. All included for your convenience at no extra charge. * A Family room with cable TV, DVD and video and gives access to the pool area. Easter Period 2006: £650/week. The above rental charges are inclusive of normal use electricity (not pool heat) water, air conditioning/heating, linens, towels, furniture, fixtures and fittings. Other facilities inclusive of charges include local telephone charges, cable television, use of pool, refuse collection, local/state taxes, housekeeping/cleaning before and after stay, maintenance of the gardens, servicing/cleaning maintenance of the pool during occupancy. Guests also have complimentary use of communal swimming pool/cabana, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and toddlers play area. Poll heating additional £10/day. Note with our FREE Solar Heating the Jacuzzi should be comfortable all year round. 20% deposit is payable upon booking. Settlement of account is due 10 weeks before departure. Taxes included. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning fee of £50. When balance is paid, a further £150 security deposit will be required which will be refunded provided villa is left in good and tidy condition. The house is thoroughly cleaned between lets by our on-site Management Company. Access is by a mechanical digital code. The Code will be sent to customer prior to leaving for Florida. There is a monitored Intruder alarm to add further comfort. The Alarm code is the same as the digital lock.
