Our vacation home could not be more conveniently located to all the major attractions. Our home sleeps up to 10 people, with two queen sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. Just minutes from us are some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, with easy access to the theme parks, and Disney World just 10 minutes away. From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. The spacious family room and dining area offer an ideal place to relax during the day or evening. A fully equipped entertainment centre includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a sound system – so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you enjoy. The family room overlooks the fabulous, sparkling swimming pool and bubbling spa. Both illuminated in the evenings. The (optionally) heated pool and spa has a child safety fence provided for your peace of mind. The dining area, and kitchen with additional seating is situated at the front of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need to cook that fabulous family breakfast, evening feast or just a quick snack. Fabulous games room: There will always be plenty to do when staying in our villa, not only does the villa have a private heated pool & spa, from June 2005 it will also offer a fabulous games room. Even the “grown-up kids” will enjoy the billiard table, football table, electronic darts and PS2. Also available from June 2005 is a coffee table that converts to a roulette and cards table, along with games such as chess, chequers etc., Swimming, fishing, boating...: 15 clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities.

Notes to the Rates of the Villa in Clermont, Orlando - Disney Area
The prices are Inclusive of state, local sales and tourism taxes. Pool and Spa heating is option and may be requested at an additional charge. For bookings of 5 nights or less there is a cleaning charge of $85 per booking. A deposit of USD $250 is required at time of booking to secure reservation. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $350 is required with final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your return after inspection by our management company. Rates are subject to change without notice. Holidays are available for $1170/£650 per week.
