Condo in Seagrove Beach, North West Florida: Condo in Seagrove Beach - Dunes of Seagrove is one of the newest condominium complexes in the area. A spacious balcony overlooks the large, well kept pool/hot tub and grounds, as well as having great view of the Gulf. Master suite has king bed and private bath with jacuzzi, separate shower, double sinks and walk-in closet space. Additionally, the Master has a sitting area with sliding doors opening out to the patio. The second bedroom has private entry into spacious hallway bathroom, an adorable bunk room off of foyer which is great for kids. All sleeping areas furnished with designer brand furniture, custom bedspreads, curtains. Living, dining and kitchen area are one large room with sliding glass doors to spacious patio. Plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The patio is about 350 square feet with a table and chairs for 6 and 2 lounge chairs. Even during bad weather, this patio is deep enough to sit outside. Usually, the patio becomes the main living area because it is large and the furniture is comfortable. This condo has a splendid Gulf view!

Vacation in Seagrove, North West Florida: Located on the Gulf of Mexico, home of the infamous emerald seas in the quaint village of Seagrove. Go down to the beach and walk east, within 300 yards you are standing in some of the most beautiful untouched dunes in the area. A truly amazing coastal habitat. Freshwater streams flowing into the gulf, a lake, multiple species of crabs, fish and birds. Smoking: While there is no smoking allowed indoors, smoking is permitted on the balcony and poolside Renowned townships: Seagrove is nestled between the infamous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Several fine restaurants that combine casual dining with 5-star dishes and service. Blue by Night Bistro (a favorite)! Cafe 30-A, Borago, The Red Bar- all are wonderful. May just want to try the best pizza ever at Bruno's. All within 5-10 minutes of our condo.
